Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the participant's email, the reasons provided, and any supporting evidence. If the reasons for dissatisfaction are valid and justified, we will initiate a primary discussion with the participant to understand the concerns and explore possible solutions. If, after thorough discussion and attempts to resolve the issue, the participant's dissatisfaction remains unresolved, a refund will be issued within a reasonable time frame, typically within 15 business days from the refund request date.
